The facilities are available for rent by both the users of the buildings and external operators. All the facilities are equipped with wireless broadband and modern AV equipment.

Futura I–IV technology buildings are located at the heart of the leading energy hub in Northern Europe, in the quickly growing Vaasa Airport Park. There are more than 4,000 people currently working there.

Vaasa Airport Park is located close to the airport and only a 7 minute drive from the centre of Vaasa. Local buses numbers 4 and 9 run close to the Futura I–IV buildings.

Visitor parking spaces are located in the fprecourt of the Futura I–IV buildings, where guests can park easily and effortlessly. The Futura I–IV buildings also have charging stations for electric and hybrid cars.

The Futura I–IV technology buildings were built in the 2000s. Their office and conference rooms are equipped with room-specific air conditioning to keep them pleasantly cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
